When I got there I was fobbed off onto a junior, the "special on the day was a free treatment, yes they used the word treatment, I chose eyebrow wax hardly that, taiigum was two juniors with a customer each fighting and swapping the tweezers between us two customers!! Pinging is currently not allowed.

To cut a long story short, I now have one eyebrow shaped and nice and the other looks like a train wreck! I should have known then to get up and walk out, stupidly I didn't. I had long hair which I asked to be layered and cut to just touching my shoulders.
